Preoperative Preparation (Brief)

• Deliver sterile, double‑packed membrane to the operating room.
• Do not use if outer or inner package is opened or damaged.
• Confirm correct size before surgery.
• Use only in a sterile field with sterilized instruments.

Directions for Use (Summary)

1. Reflect a mucoperiosteal flap to expose the defect.
2. Remove all granulation and inflammatory tissue.
3. Trim Colla to cover the defect at least 2 mm beyond its margins.
4. Moisten if desired for flexibility.
5. Place over the grafted site and gently adapt to bone contours.
6. Ensure overlap ≥ 2 mm to prevent soft‑tissue invasion.
7. Secure flap using non‑resorbable sutures; ensure complete closure.

Storage & Expiration

• Store at 1–30 °C in a dry, shaded place.
• Expiration period: 3 years from manufacturing date.
• Do not reuse or re‑sterilize after opening.

• Use only for GBR/GTR by qualified oral surgeons or dentists.
