The XCEL CAD/CAM Suction by Ko-max is a bag-free dust extraction unit designed for use with CAD/CAM systems. Built to manage dust generated during milling and other CAD/CAM processes, XCEL combines powerful suction with intelligent filter management and convenient monitoring functions.
Its membrane filter incorporates an automatic vibration cleaning system that shakes accumulated dust from the filter, helping maintain filtration performance while reducing the need for frequent filter replacement. The system also offers real-time monitoring, adjustable suction levels and a CAD/CAM machine interface for easier integration into the digital laboratory workflow.
With a brushless motor, 8.71 L dust collection capacity, anti-static suction hose and multiple suction settings, XCEL provides a practical dust-management solution for CAD/CAM environments.
Automatic Vibration Filter Cleaning
The membrane filter uses an integrated vibration mechanism to shake accumulated dust from the filter. This automatic cleaning function helps maintain filter performance and can reduce filter replacement requirements.

XCEL is designed as a bag-free extraction unit, simplifying dust collection and eliminating the need for disposable dust bags.

Adjustable Suction Levels
Choose from 5 manual suction levels, allowing the suction strength to be adjusted according to the working environment. Automatic operation is available at predefined suction levels.
Powerful Air Performance
XCEL delivers a maximum air pressure of 24 kPa, with maximum airflow of up to 3.9 m³/min, depending on the operating-voltage version.
Brushless Motor
The unit is equipped with a brushless suction motor, supporting dependable operation for CAD/CAM dust extraction.
CAD/CAM Machine Interface
A DIN-6P / RJ45 interface enables connection with compatible CAD/CAM equipment for integrated operation.
