The AccuFab-Aris from SHINING 3D is a compact dental 3D printer designed to simplify chairside digital dentistry with an efficient design-to-print workflow. Built to support a wide range of clinical applications, it enables dental professionals to produce restorations, surgical guides, dental models, dentures, and splints within an integrated digital workflow.
Combining a space-saving design with 34 μm pixel size and 4K high-resolution printing, AccuFab-Aris is engineered to produce precise dental prints with reliable fit while helping minimize chairside adjustments.
AccuFab-Aris is designed to simplify the entire printing process. Print-ready files generated through the SHINING FLOW workflow can be sent directly to the printer for one-click printing, helping create a more efficient chairside experience.
With an ultra-fine 34 μm pixel size and 4K high resolution, AccuFab-Aris delivers detailed dental prints designed for precise fit and reduced chairside adjustment.
Its small footprint allows the printer to fit easily into dental clinics where workspace is limited. The compact design minimizes installation constraints so users can place the printer, power it on, and begin working.
The build platform automatically maintains a temperature of 30°C, helping minimize resin warping, reduce the risk of print detachment, and improve printing consistency and success rates.
Real-time residue detection and resin tank NFC detection help prevent operational mistakes while protecting the printer hardware from potential damage.
The printer features a hard-anodized aluminum platform engineered for reliable, long-term performance during everyday clinical use.
One-click auto-leveling combined with automatic Z-axis calibration at startup minimizes manual setup and helps make the printer ready for use straight out of the box.
The quick-release screen has been designed for simple replacement. The Remove–Place–Lock process can be completed in as little as 10 seconds, reducing maintenance complexity.
A visual dashboard monitors the resin tank and screen status in real time, helping users perform maintenance at the appropriate time and maintain stable printer performance.
